Every Cueřo by HAC pair is crafted with patience and pride. Should you ever need to return or exchange your pair, our process ensures it's as seamless and dignified as your purchase experience.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
1. The footwear must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
2. The footwear must not have been worn or altered in any way.
3. The exchange request must be made within (7 days) of the original purchase date.
4. The customer must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Customers may choose from the following refund options:
1. Full Refund: Receive a full refund to the original payment method.
2. Store Credit: Receive store credit towards a future purchase.
3. Exchange: Exchange for a different item (see Exchange Policy).
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
1. Sale or discounted items.
2. Custom or special orders.
3. Footwear that has been worn or altered.
4. Footwear with damage or defects caused by misuse or neglect.
