Every Cueřo by HAC pair is crafted with patience and pride. Should you ever need to return or exchange your pair, our process ensures it's as seamless and dignified as your purchase experience.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

1. The footwear must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
2. The footwear must not have been worn or altered in any way.
3. The exchange request must be made within (7 days) of the original purchase date.
4. The customer must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return the footwear to our store, along with all original tags and packaging.
4. Our team will process the refund within (5-7 business days).
