B. What Is Covered

Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects under normal and intended use of the product.

C. What Is Not Covered

The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the Cuero by HAC USA website.

Products must be used with proper care and only for their intended purpose. Leather footwear may naturally develop creases, marks, and character over time. These are normal signs of wear and are not considered manufacturing defects.

If a warranty claim is found to be invalid, the product may be returned to the customer, and any shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
