Exchange Policy
At Cueřo, we strive to provide the highest quality leather footwear that meets our customers' expectations. However, we understand that sometimes exchanges may be necessary.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
1. The footwear must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
2. The footwear must not have been worn or altered in any way.
3. The exchange request must be made within [7 days] of the original purchase date.
4. The customer must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange Options
Customers may exchange their footwear for:
1. A different size or color of the same style.
2. A different style of equal or lesser value.
3. Store credit towards a future purchase/Refund
Exchange Procedure
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team via [whatsapp, email, or DM] to obtain an exchange authorization.
2. Provide the required information, including the original receipt number, style number, and reason for exchange.
3. Return the footwear to our return address, along with all original tags and packaging.
4. Our team will process the exchange within [5-7 business days].
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
1. Sale or discounted items.
2. Custom or special orders.
3. Footwear that has been worn or altered.
4. Footwear with damage or defects caused by misuse or neglect.
Store Credit
Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or electronic credit, valid for [6 months] from the date of issue.
