Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your order and have a genuine reason for return, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that return shipping charges will be paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the product does not meet these conditions, the return request may be rejected and the product may be sent back to the customer.

EXCHANGES

We offer size exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.

If the size does not fit, you may request an exchange, provided the product is unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with packaging and tags intact.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges.

Multiple exchanges may be allowed, depending on product availability and approval by our support team.

If the requested size is not available, we may offer another available size, store credit, or another suitable solution.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT

Within 48 hours, tell us.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once we review the case, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable solution. Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Should you reconsider.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the order status. If your order has already been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

For orders with multiple items, you may request cancellation of a single item or the complete order, depending on whether the order has already entered the fulfilment process.

Cuero by HAC USA also reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment issues, pricing errors, technical problems, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our control.

REFUNDS

Processed within seven business days.

Once we receive your returned product, it will go through a quality check. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. After we process the refund, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

If the returned product does not pass our quality check, the refund may be rejected and the product may be returned to the customer.
