What Is Covered

Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects under normal and intended use of the product. This may include:

Defects in material used in the product

Defects in workmanship or construction

Stitching or component issues caused by manufacturing fault

Sole or upper separation caused by manufacturing defect

Broken or torn components under normal use, if caused by a production fault

Defects in material used in the product

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal use, misuse, or improper care. Claims will not be accepted in the following cases:

The product has passed the warranty period.

The product shows normal wear and tear.

The product is damaged due to rough use, accidents, or negligence.

The product has been washed, soaked, or exposed to excessive moisture.

The product is damaged due to heat, chemicals, or improper cleaning.

The product has been altered, repaired, or modified by the customer or a third party.

Scuffs, scratches, creases, fading, stains, or colour changes caused by regular use.

The product was purchased from any third-party seller, offline store, or unauthorised channel.

The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the Cuero by HAC USA website.

Products must be used with proper care and only for their intended purpose. Leather footwear may naturally develop creases, marks, and character over time — these are considered signs of a life well-lived, not manufacturing defects.

If a warranty claim is found to be invalid, the product may be returned to the customer, and any shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
